Start with one existing approved customer-owned payment-provider account. You complete any provider onboarding, identity or bank-detail steps directly and accept its terms yourself. Account approval is not included or guaranteed.
Prepare up to three fixed-price one-off links for approved items or services. You confirm the item descriptions, amounts, currency and customer-facing terms. Subscriptions, payment plans and custom pricing engines are excluded.
Add an agreed link or button on one supported existing website. Supply provider-generated QR codes where supported. The payment provider hosts the checkout; this offer does not add card collection to DaveBrain’s server.
Use provider test mode and test data to check the item, amount, currency, supported receipt settings, success/cancel behaviour and mobile website route. No real payment, charge or refund is needed for the rehearsal.
You review the final prices, terms, provider fees and destination account, then activate live links yourself. No live transaction or financial-account change is made automatically as part of this setup.
A walkthrough explaining ownership, where provider fees apply and how to disable a link. Full e-commerce, tax setup/advice, refunds, disputes, ongoing management and integrations are separate. Overlapping website or automation work is removed from the quote.
