Help your business keep track of enquiries, next steps and outcomes in a customer-owned CRM workspace. David agrees a simple manual workflow and checks the chosen product and plan before accepting the setup.
Agree the provider, account owner and suitable plan. Check user, field, import/export and access-control limits before confirming the quote. Free tools may suit a small brief; paid features and subscriptions remain separate.
02 / ONE PIPELINE
Make the next step visible
Configure one manual pipeline with up to five agreed stages and five agreed fields. Use a manageable process such as enquiry, follow-up, won and lost, rather than a complex custom CRM build.
03 / A SMALL IMPORT
Start with clean, authorised contacts
Where the plan supports it, import up to 100 already-clean contacts after you approve the source, fields and record count. Data cleaning, duplicate merging, multiple sources and wider migrations need a separate scope.
04 / FICTIONAL LEADS FIRST
Walk through everyday use
Rehearse enquiry capture, follow-up, status changes, search and export with fictional records. Check agreed access using suitable test users before moving to approved customer data.
05 / A MANUAL WORKFLOW
Keep sending under your control
No automatic marketing, prospect messages or API integrations are included. Connecting website forms or other systems is a separate automation brief. This setup helps you use a small CRM; it does not contact people for you.
06 / ONE REVISION
Know how to keep it useful
One revision within the agreed brief and a practical handover for the agreed users. You retain account ownership and choose what to record. Existing website, contacts-cleanup or automation work is checked to avoid charging twice.

Before we begin
Clear about the details.
Does £295 include a CRM subscription?
No. The setup uses a suitable customer-owned product and plan. Free or paid options are checked against your needs; provider subscriptions and paid features remain separate.
Will you clean or combine our contact databases?
The starter only includes up to 100 already-clean authorised contacts where the chosen plan supports import. Cleanup, duplicate merging and multi-source migration are separate.
Will it automatically email leads or connect to our website?
No. This is a manual pipeline setup. Automated messages, marketing, form integrations and custom workflows need a separate agreed brief.
How is this different from contacts cleanup or admin automation?
Contacts cleanup prepares a file; this configures a workspace and follow-up routine. Automation connects systems or performs agreed tasks. We check existing work and remove overlap from the quote.
