Up to three simple scenes using supplied, approved branding. Custom animations, multiple cameras and complex production need a separate quote.
Check the flow before an audience
One private rehearsal with test visuals and audio, checking sound, lip sync, connectivity, supported recording playback and reconnect behaviour. Suitability is confirmed before public use.
Run the agreed setup yourself
A practical walkthrough and notes. Operating a real event, venue work, recording storage and ongoing support are separate. You confirm platform permissions and rights to content and music.

Does £295 include filming or running our event?
No. This is a software setup and private rehearsal service. Filming, travel, venue work and a live operator are quoted separately.
Are the camera and microphone included?
No. You provide compatible working equipment and suitable internet. Hardware and provider subscriptions are separate.
Will the stream always work?
We test the agreed setup, but cannot guarantee venue connectivity, platform availability or every audience device. Live-event reliability and capacity need their own brief.
Can we play any music or video?
You must have the necessary rights and platform permissions. Licence costs and permission arrangements are separate; existing personal recordings are not supplied as content.
