Is £29/month compulsory?
No. Setup can be bought on its own. Optional upkeep covers up to 15 minutes of small link/status changes a month during normal working hours, with no rollover. Billing and cancellation are agreed in writing.
Does the price include hosting?
No. Hosting and identity-provider subscriptions are itemised separately. New integrations and wider development are also separate.
Can it show financial or customer records?
The starter offer excludes live financial, staff, health and customer-record integrations. It covers approved links and simple non-sensitive status information.
Does one dashboard login unlock every linked tool?
No. Linked services retain their own authentication. Access and removal are tested for the dashboard itself before handover.
