Small changes.
Useful every day.

These are illustrative possibilities, not completed client projects. The right workflow depends on your tools, permissions and the problem you want to solve.

03 / REPEAT WORK

Prepare the first draft

Use agreed information to prepare a standard quote or status update. A person checks it before anything goes to a customer.

A clear scope.
A working handover.

Start with one routine task, typically connecting one or two existing tools to one output. We'll agree the trigger, the information it uses and what should happen next.

£495 one-off, for the agreed setup

  • A discovery conversation and written workflow scope
  • Setup of one agreed business workflow
  • Testing with sample data, then an agreed acceptance check
  • Two rounds of feedback within the agreed scope
  • A handover explaining how it works, how to pause it and who has access

Complex integrations, custom applications, large data migrations and regulated decisions need a separate quote. If your existing software already does the job, we'll say so.

Keep it running.
With a little help.

Optional upkeep is £49/month per agreed workflow. You can take the setup on its own. Upkeep starts only if you choose it, after handover.

01 / OVERSIGHT

Notice a failed run

Monitor the agreed workflow and flag failures through the contact route we agree with you.

02 / SMALL CHANGES

Keep the details current

Up to 20 minutes a month for minor adjustments and routine troubleshooting within the original scope. Unused time doesn't roll over.

03 / HUMAN SUPPORT

Talk to David

Support during normal working hours. Larger repairs, new features or changes caused by a major supplier update are quoted before work begins.

Upkeep runs monthly with 30 days' written notice to cancel. It is not a 24-hour human response service. Software, hosting and usage costs are separate from upkeep.

Understand it.
Build it. Test it.

01

Show us the task

Walk David through what you do today, which tools you use and where the repetition gets in the way.

02

Agree the scope

We confirm the £495 fit, access requirements, acceptance checks and any separate costs in writing. The setup is paid 50% upfront and 50% at handover.

03

Build and test

We use sample data first, check the workflow together and agree which steps need your approval.

04

Handover and choose

You get clear operating notes and a way to pause the workflow. Choose optional upkeep or manage it yourself.

Straight answers.

Is £49/month upkeep compulsory?

No. The setup is £495 for the agreed workflow. Upkeep is optional at £49/month and starts only if you choose it after handover. Without upkeep, you manage day-to-day operation and any later support is quoted separately.

What would the first year cost?

The £495 setup plus twelve months of optional £49 upkeep totals £1,083. There is no twelve-month upkeep commitment. With no upkeep, the setup is £495. Any software subscriptions, hosting or usage charges are additional and agreed before work starts.

Will I need new software?

We start with the tools you already use. Some connections need a paid plan, a supported integration or a separate hosting account. We explain those costs and limitations before you agree to the work.

Does it need AI?

Not necessarily. A straightforward rule is often the right solution. If AI is useful, we agree what it can access, how its output is checked and any usage costs before enabling it.

Can it send messages or take actions for me?

Only the actions agreed in your written scope. We start with drafts, internal tasks or human approval where appropriate. We won't turn on customer messaging, payments, bookings or other consequential actions without your explicit agreement.

What happens to my data and account access?

We agree the minimum information and permissions the workflow needs. Where practical, it runs in accounts you control. Before connecting anything, we explain any external services, who can access the data and how to revoke access. Don't send account passwords or sensitive customer information in your initial enquiry.

How long will it take?

We agree a schedule after reviewing the task. Access permissions, supplier capabilities and testing affect delivery. The £495 offer is for a small, defined workflow, not an open-ended software project.

What's taking
too much time?

Tell David which task you repeat and the names of the tools involved. We'll discuss whether automation would help and whether it fits the £495 setup offer.

This is an enquiry, not a purchase. We agree your scope, costs and project terms before work begins.
