Practical help.
Clear boundaries.

01 / ONE HOST

Choose a supported product

One customer-owned booking account for one host and one calendar, with up to two appointment types where the chosen plan supports them. Software subscriptions are separate.

02 / YOUR AVAILABILITY

Set useful boundaries

Agree working hours, appointment lengths, notice periods and buffers. You approve the availability and cancellation wording.

03 / THE WEBSITE LINK

Make the next step clear

Add a booking link to one supported existing website. An embedded widget can be discussed if supported; website redesign and custom integrations are separate.

04 / TEST APPOINTMENTS

Check the calendar flow

Use dummy appointments to check conflict handling, time zones, rescheduling, cancellation and supported confirmations before public use.

05 / CLEAR COSTS

Choose paid features deliberately

Reminders, extra event types and calendar features depend on the provider’s plan. SMS, payments, deposits and multi-staff scheduling are excluded from this setup.

06 / HANDOVER

Keep control of your diary

Walk through changing availability and managing appointments. You keep account ownership and decide when the booking page goes live.

One calendar.
A tested booking route.

01

Tell David what you need

Choose this service on the enquiry form and describe the outcome you want. No payment or files are needed to start.

02

Agree the scope

We check suitability and availability, then confirm the brief, full price, timing, access and any separate costs.

03

Work and handover

The agreed work is completed and checked with you, with a practical handover and any next steps made clear.

Clear about the details.

Is a monthly DaveBrain subscription required?

No. The £195 setup can be bought on its own. Any booking-provider subscription is separate; optional reminders and extra appointment types depend on its plan.

Does it include deposits or payments?

No. Payments, deposits, SMS, multi-staff scheduling and custom integrations need a separate scope.

Will it prevent every double booking?

We test representative calendar conflicts and time-zone handling, but cannot guarantee every provider or calendar condition. You approve availability and remain in control of your diary.

What if booking work is already in my website package?

We review the existing scope first and quote only for additional work, avoiding a duplicate charge.

What do you
