Practical help.
Clear boundaries.

01 / AGREE THE BRIEF

Start with what you need

Check the computer, operating system, connections and everyday tasks before confirming suitability. We agree one manageable setup rather than promising to fix every existing problem.

02 / GET CURRENT

Updates and essential settings

Install agreed supported updates and configure everyday settings within the brief. Major reinstalls, unsupported systems, hardware faults and specialist software need a separate quote.

03 / CONNECT YOUR TOOLS

Email and printer connection

Help connect an existing supported email account and one compatible printer. You provide the accounts and hardware; any new subscriptions or replacements are your choice.

04 / KEEP CONTROL

Accounts stay in your name

You enter passwords and approve account security changes yourself. We can guide you through supported multifactor authentication without keeping your passwords or silently enrolling the device in management.

05 / BACK UP

Agree a useful backup routine

Configure an agreed backup route using storage or a service you control, then check a small sample where supported. Drives, storage subscriptions and large transfers are separate costs.

06 / HANDOVER

Know what is set up

Up to two hours of agreed setup, plus a short practical handover and notes. If the computer needs more work, we stop and discuss a separate quote before continuing.

One computer.
One agreed starting point.

£149 is a one-off setup service with a clear time and scope limit. It is not an unlimited support contract, a hardware repair service or a data-recovery guarantee.

  • One supported, customer-owned computer
  • Up to two hours setup plus a short handover
  • Email, one compatible printer and agreed backup route
  • Customer-controlled accounts and approvals
  • No monthly subscription

Tell David what you need first. We confirm availability, suitability, scope and any separate costs in writing before you commit.

A conversation.
Then a clear plan.

01

Tell David what you need

Choose this service on the enquiry form and describe the outcome you want. No payment or files are needed to start.

02

Agree the scope

We check suitability and availability, then confirm the brief, full price, timing, access and any separate costs.

03

Work and handover

The agreed work is completed and checked with you, with a practical handover and any next steps made clear.

Clear about the details.

Does £149 include a computer or software?

No. You supply the computer and any existing email or printer accounts. Hardware, operating-system and paid-software licences, storage and subscriptions are separate.

Can you transfer everything from my old computer?

A small agreed transfer may fit the brief, but large migrations, damaged disks and data recovery do not. Tell David about the amount and condition of the data before the setup is quoted.

Is it remote or in person?

David confirms a suitable delivery method and availability after discussing the computer and the work. Any local visit and travel cost are agreed before booking.

Will you keep remote access?

No ongoing management or unattended access is included. Any future remote support or device management would need a separate agreement and your explicit approval.

What do you
have in mind?

Tell David about your computer. The homepage form will have this service selected for you.

This is an enquiry, not a booking or purchase. No marketing signup. Please do not send passwords, identity documents or sensitive files through the public form.
