Practical help.
Clear boundaries.

01 / AGREE THE FILE

Start with one clear source

Discuss the file format, record count, target system and the fields that matter. We confirm suitability and the rules before accepting the job.

02 / PRESERVE THE ORIGINAL

Work on a separate copy

Keep your original export unchanged. The working copy is handled separately so you can see what was changed and return to the original if needed.

03 / CONSISTENT FORMATS

Tidy the agreed details

Apply agreed rules to spacing and field formats. Ambiguous dates, missing information and invalid addresses are flagged for you; we do not invent facts or promise to verify that an email address belongs to someone.

04 / DUPLICATE CANDIDATES

Review before merging

Flag possible duplicates for your decision. Shared email addresses or similar names do not prove that two contacts are the same person. No automatic merging or deletion is included.

05 / A DOCUMENTED RESULT

See the counts and changes

Receive an agreed-format working copy, a change log and an exceptions list. We reconcile record counts and explain which decisions still need your approval.

06 / HANDOVER

Prepare for the next step

One review and a practical handover of the agreed file and rules. Live imports, provider-specific field mapping, multiple-system migrations and continuing sync need a separate scope.

A useful working copy.
No guessing with your data.

£195 covers one small, agreed cleanup job. You approve uncertain records and keep control of the original. The service does not automatically update a live address book or sign anyone up for marketing.

  • One contact file, up to 1,000 records and 10 fields
  • Agreed formatting rules
  • Duplicate candidates held for review
  • Change log and exceptions list
  • One review and handover

Tell David what you need first. We confirm availability, suitability, scope and any separate costs in writing before you commit.

A conversation.
Then a clear plan.

01

Tell David what you need

Choose this service on the enquiry form and describe the outcome you want. No payment or files are needed to start.

02

Agree the scope

We check suitability and availability, then confirm the brief, full price, timing, access and any separate costs.

03

Work and handover

The agreed work is completed and checked with you, with a practical handover and any next steps made clear.

Clear about the details.

Will you delete duplicates from my live contacts?

No. We work on a copy and flag possible duplicates. Any merging, deletion or live import needs your approval and a separate agreed scope.

Can you clean contacts from several systems?

The £195 offer covers one agreed file. Combining several systems, fuzzy matching or complex field mapping needs a separate quote.

Can you verify every phone number or email?

We can check agreed formats and flag obvious issues, but format checks do not prove ownership, consent or deliverability. We do not guess missing details or contact people to verify them.

How should I send the file?

Start with an enquiry describing the source, approximate record count and target system. Do not paste your contact list into the public form. David will agree a suitable transfer method, access and handling before any file is sent.

What do you
have in mind?

Tell David about your contact file. The homepage form will have this service selected for you.

This is an enquiry, not a booking or purchase. No marketing signup. Please do not send passwords, identity documents or sensitive files through the public form.
