Keep original files intact while creating an agreed working structure. No automatic deletion of originals or irreversible mass cleanup is included.
Make folders make sense
Agree useful date or event folders and consistent naming. The aim is a collection you can navigate yourself; detailed captions, face recognition and manual tagging of every image are separate work.
See what may be repeated
Identify candidate exact duplicates and review what they mean with you. Similar-looking images are not assumed identical, and you decide what to keep.
Check a small recovery sample
Create one agreed backup copy on customer-controlled storage and check that representative files can be retrieved. You provide enough working and backup capacity; drives and subscriptions are not included.

Up to three hours of guided work, with preparation and a practical handover. We agree realistic outputs before starting. Larger backlogs and ongoing organising are quoted separately.

Do you scan printed photographs?
Physical scanning, negatives, slides and tapes are not part of this £195 digital starter session. Tell David what you have so any separate work can be discussed.
Will you delete my duplicate photos?
No automatic deletion is included. We identify possible exact duplicates for your review and preserve originals. Any later deletion would be your decision.
Can you recover a damaged drive or missing photos?
No. This is an organisation service for accessible files, not specialist data recovery. A damaged or unstable source needs assessment before any organising begins.
Can you organise all of my cloud accounts?
The starter session covers one agreed source. Multiple cloud accounts, large libraries and complex transfers require a separate scope and quote. You keep control of your account credentials.
