Keep your website.
Give it some care.

Already online? Keep your website working for you.

Your website may be built already, but updates, backups and small changes still need someone to look after them. David can review an existing brochure website and agree a clear care plan for it.

Personal help from David. Scope and suitability agreed before booking.

Practical help.
Clear boundaries.

01 / START WITH THE SITE

Check the condition

We review the platform, access and current condition before accepting the site. If repairs or a rebuild are needed first, you receive separate options before ongoing care begins.

02 / CONTROLLED UPDATES

Keep supported software current

Agreed routine updates for the supported website software, with a backup first and a check afterwards. Unsupported plugins, custom integrations and major upgrades need a separate scope.

03 / BACKUP & RECOVERY

A recovery route you understand

Agree the backup destination and retention, check a recoverable copy during onboarding, and document how recovery would work. Storage and provider costs are confirmed in the quote.

04 / CHECK THE BASICS

Make sure enquiries can reach you

Check the agreed pages and enquiry form, and review routine availability and security alerts. This is maintenance and monitoring, with no promise that every incident can be prevented.

05 / SMALL CONTENT CHANGES

Keep the details useful

Up to 30 minutes of small content edits per month, such as opening hours, prices or a supplied image. Unused time does not roll over; new pages, redesigns and larger work are quoted separately.

06 / PERSONAL SUPPORT

Know who to ask

A short monthly care report and a route to David during normal working hours. We agree the contact route and response arrangements in writing; this is not a 24-hour emergency service.

One accepted site.
A clear monthly plan.

Onboarding is £149 once the scope and suitability are agreed. Ongoing care is £79/month for that accepted website. You keep your existing hosting unless a separate migration is agreed.

  • £149 one-off onboarding
  • £79/month ongoing care
  • Up to 30 minutes of small edits each month
  • Written scope, billing and cancellation terms
  • No rebuild, premium licences or hosting assumed

Tell David what you need first. We confirm availability, suitability, scope and any separate costs in writing before you commit.

A conversation.
Then a clear plan.

01

Tell David what you need

Choose this service on the enquiry form and describe the outcome you want. No payment or files are needed to start.

02

Agree the scope

We check suitability and availability, then confirm the brief, full price, timing, access and any separate costs.

03

Work and handover

The agreed work is completed and checked with you, with a practical handover and any next steps made clear.

Clear about the details.

How is this different from the £49 website care offer?

The £49/month care offer accompanies a new DaveBrain website build and includes its agreed hosting and care. This £79/month plan is for a supported website built elsewhere, following £149 onboarding. It does not automatically include your existing hosting or provider bills.

Will you accept any website?

No. We check suitability, access, software support and condition first. E-commerce, complex custom systems, compromised sites and unsupported software need a separate assessment and quote.

What if the site needs major repairs?

We explain what we find and quote separately before doing extra work. Onboarding is not a promise to rebuild or clean up any website for £149.

How do billing and cancellation work?

It is an ongoing monthly plan. We confirm the start date, payment arrangements, cancellation terms and handover responsibilities in the written agreement before care begins.

What do you
have in mind?
