Useful feedback.
A clearer next step.

One simple form your business owns.

Make it easier for customers to tell you what worked and what could improve. David helps structure one short feedback form in a suitable customer-owned account, checks its sharing settings and shows you how to view and export the replies.

Practical help.
Clear boundaries.

01 / A CLEAR PURPOSE

Ask questions that help a decision

Agree one audience and purpose, up to ten simple choice, rating or short-text questions, plus your introduction and thank-you wording. This is a practical setup service, not statistically representative research.

02 / YOUR ACCOUNT

Keep the replies under your control

Use a suitable customer-owned provider account. Check account ownership, response limits, export options and sharing permissions before booking. Provider subscriptions and paid features, if needed, remain separate.

03 / SIMPLE BRANDING

Make the form recognisable

Apply your supplied logo and basic provider-supported theme. Provide one shareable response link and, if requested, add a link on one supported existing website. Custom design, embedded application development and multiple forms are separate.

04 / CAREFUL SHARING

Keep responses private

Agree who can respond and who can view results. A public response link may be forwarded; it does not verify identity. Do not publish response-summary or edit links. Agree wording, retention and access; avoid sensitive or regulated information.

05 / TWO FICTIONAL RESPONSES

Check the customer experience

Rehearse two fictional submissions on mobile/desktop, required fields, thank-you wording and result visibility in the customer account. Check supported export and how to stop responses. Live-provider checks take place in your account before handover.

06 / ONE REVISION

Know how to use the results

One revision within the agreed brief and a walkthrough of viewing and exporting replies. Distribution, email/SMS campaigns, analysis, public review posting and integrations are separate. We remove any work already included in your existing website brief.

Work and handover

The agreed work is completed and checked with you, with a practical handover and any next steps made clear.

Clear about the details.

Does this include sending the survey to customers?

No. Email/SMS campaigns and distribution are excluded. You choose when and how to share the approved response link; no customer outreach happens automatically.

Are replies anonymous?

That depends on the provider and settings. We agree whether names/contact fields are needed and explain visible settings. A public link can be forwarded; anonymity or verified identity is not promised without checking the exact configuration.

Will you post reviews or analyse the results?

No. Public review posting, incentives, review gating and ongoing analysis are excluded. The handover covers viewing and exporting your own responses.

Can it collect documents or sensitive information?

This starter excludes uploads and sensitive/regulated data. It uses simple choice, rating or short-text questions. We advise keeping free-text prompts focused and not requesting private records.

Are provider fees included?

No. A suitable free plan may meet the brief; subscriptions and paid features are separate. Response limits and sharing/export options are checked before booking.

How does this differ from the website enquiry form?

An enquiry form starts a customer conversation. This form collects structured feedback on an agreed experience. We check your existing scope and avoid duplicate charges.

What do you
have in mind?

Tell David what feedback would help. The homepage form will have this service selected for you.

This is an enquiry, not a booking or purchase. No marketing signup. Please do not send passwords, identity documents or sensitive files through the public form.
