Practical help.
Clear boundaries.

01 / ONE SMALL SITE

Agree the equipment

One customer-controlled site and up to ten agreed devices. Start with an owner walkthrough and supplied information; the exact collection method and scope are agreed first.

02 / DEVICE INVENTORY

A useful equipment list

Record the agreed device purpose, owner and support details in an editable inventory. Credentials and recovery secrets are not included in the document.

03 / LOGICAL MAP

Make the connections clear

A simple logical connection diagram, with inferred or unverified links labelled clearly. This is documentation rather than a Wi-Fi coverage survey or an assurance that the network is secure.

04 / AUTHORISED ACCESS

Agree before collecting

Any active network scan requires an explicitly agreed target list and permission. Router resets, repairs, configuration changes, cabling and hardware installation are outside this offer.

05 / KEEP IT PRIVATE

Customer-controlled delivery

Agree a suitable private handover route for the inventory and diagram. No customer network is published or mixed into another customer’s workspace.

06 / HANDOVER

A map someone can use

Up to two hours of agreed review, plus preparation and handover within a four-hour planning budget. Travel, extra devices, ongoing monitoring and remediation are quoted separately.

One small network.
A clear handover.

03

Work and handover

The agreed work is completed and checked with you, with a practical handover and any next steps made clear.

Clear about the details.

Is this a security audit?

No. It is a device inventory and logical network handover. Security certification, penetration testing, Wi-Fi coverage surveys and remediation are excluded.

Will you scan or change our network?

The collection method is agreed first. Active scanning requires explicit authorisation and agreed targets. No router resets or configuration changes are included.

What will we receive?

An editable inventory for up to ten agreed devices, a simple logical diagram, an ownership/support list and a handover. Unconfirmed details are labelled rather than guessed.

Does £295 include a visit or ongoing monitoring?

Travel, hardware, cabling, repairs, extra site time and ongoing monitoring are separate. David confirms the method, availability and full quote before booking.
