Will you remove duplicate rows?
No. Candidate duplicate IDs are flagged for your review. The starter retains all rows and does not automatically delete or merge entries.
Can you import the file into our live system?
Live imports and integrations are excluded. Tell David the intended destination so the preparation rules can be agreed. Any later import needs its own safe test and approved scope.
Can you fix formulas or reconcile our accounts?
No. This starter is for a non-sensitive product or equipment CSV. Formulas, macros, stock valuation, accounting reconciliation and regulated/sensitive data are excluded.
How do I send the file?
Start with the enquiry form without attachments. David agrees a suitable private transfer route, minimal sample, access and retention arrangements before receiving files.
How is this different from your other cleanup services?
