Check a file can come back
Restore a small agreed sample to a separate location and check it with you. A successful sample does not guarantee recovery of every file or a whole computer.
A bounded monthly check
Optional £29/month checks cover the agreed backup report and one small sample restore, up to 15 minutes routine work. Faults and remediation are quoted separately; no rollover.

Is the monthly check compulsory?
No. Setup can be bought alone. Optional £29/month checks cover the agreed backup report and one small sample restore, up to 15 minutes routine work. Faults, extra investigation and repairs are separate; unused time does not roll over.
Are drives and cloud storage included?
No. Drives, storage, software licences and subscriptions are separate. Capacity, retention and recovery-key ownership are agreed before setup.
Can you recover a broken disk or my whole computer?
Damaged-media recovery, full-system recovery and emergency incident response are excluded. This is a setup and small sample-check service for accessible working folders.
Is this already included in another package?
Computer setup, website care and other services may include backup work. We review the existing brief and quote only for distinct additional work. We do not resell the same check twice.
