Follow the pages that matter to your business.

Supplier updates, stock notices or a competitor's public offers. We set up a small, focused watchlist and help turn page changes into something useful, so you spend less time checking the same websites.

A defined watchlist, agreed checks and clear notifications. You decide what to do next.

A few pages.
A useful reason to watch.

These are possible watchlists, not live customer results. We'll agree the information you're looking for and check whether each source is suitable.

01 / SUPPLIERS

Know when the details change

Watch permitted public pages for delivery updates, service information or other supplier notices that affect your planning.

02 / STOCK & PRICING

Check less, notice more

Follow an agreed product, availability notice or public price page. We focus on the relevant section rather than every changing banner.

03 / YOUR MARKET

Keep public changes in view

Monitor a small set of competitor offer pages or public business announcements, with links back to the original source.

Set the watchlist.
Make the updates useful.

The £99 setup defines your watchlist and checks that it can work. The £29 monthly service starts once your agreed monitoring is live.

Standard checks are normally daily. The actual schedule and notification route are confirmed for your sources.

  • Up to five agreed, suitable public web pages
  • Setup of the page sections and changes you want to follow
  • A sample notification for you to review before launch
  • Automated checks on the agreed schedule
  • Change alerts through your agreed contact route
  • A short weekly human review and summary of relevant changes
  • Routine watchlist maintenance and filtering of obvious noise

Paid data feeds, specialist API access, unusually frequent checks, extra pages or bespoke analysis are outside this package and quoted separately before work begins.

A change is a prompt
to take a look.

01 / RELEVANCE

Agree the signal

Tell us which changes actually matter. We configure the relevant section and filters, then review the initial results with you.

02 / SOURCE LINKS

Check the original

Updates include a source link and a short description. Website changes can be incomplete or misleading, so verify the source before acting.

03 / YOUR DECISION

Stay in control

The service informs you. It doesn't buy stock, change your prices, contact customers or make commercial decisions on your behalf.

Tell us what you watch.
We'll work through the rest.

01

Choose the pages

Share up to five public links and explain what you'd like to notice. No passwords or private account access are needed for this offer.

02

Agree the setup

We check source access, suitability and permitted use, then agree the scope, schedule, delivery route and £99 setup in writing.

03

Review a sample

We configure the checks and show you a sample notification, adjusting the filters within the agreed brief before launch.

04

Start the watchlist

Once you approve the setup, ongoing monitoring begins at £29/month, with alerts and a short weekly review.

Straight answers.

What do £99 setup and £29/month cover?

Setup covers one agreed watchlist of up to five suitable public pages, the relevant page sections and filters, and a sample notification for review. The monthly service covers agreed checks, change alerts, routine watchlist maintenance and a short weekly human review. Additional pages or specialist requirements need a separate quote.

What would the first year cost?

The £99 setup plus twelve months at £29 totals £447. This assumes twelve months of the standard service; there is no twelve-month minimum. Any separately agreed paid feeds, specialist access or extra work are additional.

How often do you check, and when will I hear about changes?

Standard checks are normally daily, subject to the source and the schedule we agree. Alerts follow a detected relevant change through the contact route we confirm with you. The service is not real-time, and the weekly review isn't a guarantee that every change will be found.

Can you monitor any website?

No. The page must be suitable and its use permitted. Paywalls, login-only content, access restrictions, site terms or technical limitations may prevent monitoring. We don't bypass those restrictions. If a source isn't suitable, we explain that before confirming your watchlist.

What happens when a website changes its layout?

Routine watchlist maintenance and filter adjustments are included. If a source becomes inaccessible or needs a fundamentally different integration, we discuss a replacement or separate quote rather than promise uninterrupted coverage.

Will I get lots of irrelevant alerts?

We select the useful page sections and tune the filters with you. Some false alerts or missed changes are still possible. The weekly review helps identify noise, but no monitoring tool can guarantee perfect detection.

Will you take action when something changes?

No. We notify you and provide context and source links. You decide whether to act. Buying, selling, customer messages, price changes and other commercial actions aren't part of this service.

Can I cancel or change the watchlist?

The monitoring service runs monthly with 30 days' written notice to cancel. Small filter adjustments within the agreed scope are included. Extra pages, a materially different watchlist or bespoke reporting are quoted before changes are made. Support is during normal working hours.

What do you keep
going back to check?

Tell David which public pages you follow and which changes matter to your business. We'll check whether a £99 setup and £29/month watchlist is a good fit.

This is an enquiry, not a purchase. Sources, scope, costs and service terms are agreed before monitoring begins.
